* What is a Meet & Greet and is it required for service?

A Meet & Greet is a free, in-home consultation and is REQUIRED before any services can commence. This is an opportunity to get to know one another, to meet your furry family members, and discuss their needs in detail. This information is put in writing in the form of a contract, along with our policies and procedures, and is signed by you before services begin.

* Will I have the same Professional Pet Sitter each visit?

Yes! Chasing Tails is a small, family-owned and operated business. We do NOT hire outside employees. You will never have to worry about a stranger entering your home. In the event of an unforeseen injury/illness, you will be notified in advance if another family member will be entering your home to care for your pets.

* How much do you charge?

Charges are based on the service(s) requested, the length of the visit, the number of pets and distance. Give us a call! We are happy to provide you with a quote over the phone!

*What is your service area?

To be able to visit our furry clients in a timely manner, Chasing Tails limits its service area to a 15 mile radius. Not sure if you are in our service area? Give us a call! If we cannot provide service, we can recommend another top-notch Professional Pet Sitter in your that can!

*Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes! We have excellent insurance coverage. A copy of our insurance policy is provided at our Meet & Greet for your records.

* Can you provide references upon request?

Absolutely! Chasing Tail's clients are happy to share their experiences with you. We want you to feel confident in our abilities and comfortable having us in your home.
